What We Offer

Our file service is designed for professional tuners and workshops worldwide. We supply Stage 1 and Stage 2 tuning files for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, trucks, agricultural tractors and selected plant machinery. Each calibration is developed specifically for the ECU software version, engine configuration and intended application.

How Our File Service Works

  • Original ECU readout is required
  • Each file is calibrated manually in WinOLS, based on the specific software version
  • Calibration work covers all relevant maps required for the specific engine and application, including torque modelling, air and fuel control and boost management
  • OEM safety, protection and monitoring strategies are retained
  • Checksum correction is included if needed
  • Revisions are provided when required

Why Choose Our Chip Tuning Files

Our tuning files are developed with reliability and drivability in mind. We focus on safe torque delivery, stable air-fuel ratios and controlled exhaust gas temperatures. This approach ensures consistent results without compromising engine or transmission safety.

Worldwide File Delivery

We work with professional tuners and workshops across multiple markets, supporting a wide range of applications from passenger vehicles to heavy-duty, agricultural and industrial machinery. Our focus is on consistent results, clear communication and long-term working relationships rather than one-off file supply.

FAQ

Q: Which tools can be used to read files for submission to your file service?

A: Files can be submitted when read using any master tuning tool available on the market.

Q: Do you accept slave customers?

A: Yes. We accept slave customers using Flex, KESS v3 and Autotuner. Workshops and tuners operating slave tools who wish to connect to our file service are welcome to contact us for further details.

Q: Do you supply generic or automated tuning files?

A: No. All tuning files are created manually from the original ECU readout using WinOLS. We do not use automated, AI-generated or template-based files.

Q: What information is required to build a tuning file?

A: An original readout is required, together with ECU type, software number, engine configuration and details of any hardware modifications.

Q: Do you work with heavy-duty, agricultural and industrial ECUs?

A: We work with automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural tractor and selected plant machinery ECUs, subject to software and system compatibility.

Q: Do you work with end customers?

A: No. Our file service is intended exclusively for professional tuners and workshops with appropriate tools and experience.

Important Technical and Legal Notes

Correct operation of tuning files requires suitable diagnostic equipment and practical experience. This is particularly important for heavy-duty, agricultural, industrial and plant machinery applications.

On many heavy-duty, tractor and plant ECUs, a tuning file alone is not sufficient. Proper operation may require system resets, adaptations and dashboard or instrument cluster coding. If these procedures are not completed, fault codes or warning messages may remain active, and the solution may not function as intended.

On certain passenger vehicles, especially when modifying or disabling systems such as AdBlue (SCR), DPF or EGR, additional work is often required. This may include correct handling or deactivation of temperature sensors, differential pressure sensors, or AdBlue modules, as well as performing the necessary DPF and AdBlue system resets using appropriate diagnostic tools.

Our file service is intended strictly for professional tuners and workshops equipped with the correct diagnostic tools, software and technical knowledge. We do not guarantee correct operation where required resets, adaptations or coding are not carried out.

Certain modifications, including AdBlue, DPF or EGR-related changes, may not be road legal in some countries or regions. Responsibility for legal compliance lies entirely with the end user. We accept no liability for the application or use of any supplied tuning files.
